Author – Amanda Curtin
Amanda Curtin is the author of novels Elemental and The Sinkings, short story collection Inherited, and a work of narrative non-fiction, Kathleen O’Connor of Paris. She was awarded the WA Writer’s Fellowship for her current work in progress, a novel set in late nineteenth-century Ireland, Perth and Coolgardie. She has been nominated twice for the Alice Award, a national biennial award honouring Australian women who have made a long-term contribution to Australian literature, and has worked in the publishing industry as a book editor for many years. Amanda lives in suburban Perth and works in a backyard studio among magpies, doves and old trees.
Author – Mark Greenwood
Mark Greenwood is a history hunter. He enjoys searching for lost explorers and glittering treasure, delving into baffling mysteries and solving famous cold cases. His award-winning books include Jandamarra, The Happiness Box and The History Mysteries series. Mark often teams with his wife, illustrator Frané Lessac, to produce well-known titles such as Ned Kelly & The Green Sash, Simpson and His Donkey and Midnight – the story of a lighthorse.
